Zen Den Candles are made with only the finest quality, premium ingredients available - including "food grade" - fully refined paraffin.
We use a special wax formulation that has virtually identical combustion by-products to that of soy and bees wax, far below the most restrictive of any applicable indoor-air standards.
With VOC levels 50% lower than palm wax (and within 0.8% of soy and bees wax) Zen Den Candles provide safe & clean burning beauty for your environment.
OUR COLORS & FRAGRANCES
Colors (including shimmer finishes) are skin safe, food safe, mordant free pigments. Even the “gold plated” paint is created with a special mix of wax and biodegradable gorgeousness.
Fragrances are Phthalate free. We use only the very best fragrances available in North America. Quality tested and undiluted. Custom manufactured for our suppliers, with many unique fragrances not found anywhere else.
Organic Cotton wicks. All of our wicks are made with this sustainable and clean material. Simply pure.
No extra additives! Just these few ingredients, all of the highest possible quality (plus a whole lot of love) goes into every Zen Den Candle creation!

North American (USA / Canada) Shipping
Typical delivery time (in North America) is generally 2 to 4 business days - after it's shipped - but can be at times delayed.
Orders greater than $75.00 qualify for COMPLIMENTARY (Free) SHIPPING to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
Paid Shipping to Canadian Addresses is more expensive than to the USA. We DO NOT mark-up shipping rates or charge any extra handling fees or surcharges.
Shipping confirmation - with date & tracking details - will be sent when the order is dispatched (generally within 24-48 hours)
Tracking may be Full or Partial - as provided by each Carrier
We ship worldwide (with extended delivery times). NOTE : We no longer ship to the United Kingdom.
International Shipping is calculated and charged at time of purchase
Additional Taxes, Customs & Duty
Products are made and shipped from Canada (through Niagara Falls NY for U.S. Shipments)
For customs purposes we include an invoice and routine export forms reporting the full value of all items

If tracking indicates successful delivery of a package that you have not received - or if it shows an unusual delay - please contact us through "ORDER FOLLOWUP" with your details so that we can initiate an investigation and re-ship as necessary.
We take great care packaging items for shipment - but if any damage is found on arrival - please advise "ORDER FOLLOWUP" within 7 days of receipt - so that a replacement can promptly dispatched.

RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)
Our general return period is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. Candles must be "unburned" and "unlit". To complete a refund, we require receipt, proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number. Please contact us through "ORDER FOLLOWUP" for a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
